The one I won from her shop is a Small Pyramid Pouch, which is a little small for a knitting bag, but they are available in larger sizes and different styles that would all be great knitting bags. Even the smaller ones would make great notion bags.

Save The Stash
Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum!! And from the Yarn Harlot: Air out your stash regularly!
My method for trying to save my stash:
1. Quarentine until you can get to it, if you can't do it immediately
2. Soak in warm soapy water
3. Microwave the wet yarn (proterin fiber based, no acrylic!) in 2-3 minute segments for a total of 10 minutes.
4. Air dry
5. If you really want to be sure, once its dry, put it in the freezer for a day

Boston Comic Con was awesome!! Saturday I cosplayed for the first time. I went as Ant Lucia's Bombshell Black Canary.
We went to the BatPanel with Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo and Scott Snyder's Q&A. We tried to go to the Torchwood Reunion panel with John Barrowman and Eve Myles, but it was crazy packed and we couldn't get in.
I met Gail Simone and Babs Tarr!!
Go see Guardians of the Galaxy!! Outlander has started!! And so has Doctor Who!!

Fill a tall glass with halfway with ice, pour in your Crabbie's Ginger Beer, top with an ounce of Pimm's #1, squeeze a lemon wedge, stir and enjoy!

Welcome!!
Hi everyone, welcome to The Dark Knit Podcast - The Knitter Gotham deserves. Where knitting and geekery collide. The rough plan for the show is to start off with a knitting segment, the usual knitting podcast stuff: what I'm knitting, what I'm queuing, etc. And for the second half, I'll be talking about what is going on in the geek world, or at least the stuff I'm interested in. Comics, movies, shows, games, etc. I'm hoping to get some guests for the geek-part eventually, but in the meantime, it'll just be me babbling away about what I like, and hopefully, what you like.
I'll hopefully be uploading my first show tomorrow. I'm excited to start talking to you all and getting to know you. I hope you like it and I'll talk to you soon!
