Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum!! And from the Yarn Harlot: Air out your stash regularly!
My method for trying to save my stash:
1. Quarentine until you can get to it, if you can't do it immediately
2. Soak in warm soapy water
3. Microwave the wet yarn (proterin fiber based, no acrylic!) in 2-3 minute segments for a total of 10 minutes.
4. Air dry
5. If you really want to be sure, once its dry, put it in the freezer for a day
